In the past year since I joined OmniUpdate, I’ve enjoyed a tremendous shift in culture from what I’m used to. Of course, some of that was to be expected… I spent almost 17 years at IBM. There was little chance it would be the same.

At OmniUpdate, culture isn’t centered on a fancy marketing catchphrase. The company’s culture stems from a very impressive group – people with a passion for what they do, for the products they create, and most importantly for the customers that we serve. I’ve never seen a group of people more focused on customer satisfaction and customer success. We build real and lasting relationships with our customers.
