Culture Shift: Building Real and Lasting Relationships
by Jason Taylor on January 06, 2016
In the past year since I joined OmniUpdate, I’ve enjoyed a tremendous shift in culture from what I’m used to. Of course, some of that was to be expected… I spent almost 17 years at IBM. There was little chance it would be the same.
At OmniUpdate, culture isn’t centered on a fancy marketing catchphrase. The company’s culture stems from a very impressive group – people with a passion for what they do, for the products they create, and most importantly for the customers that we serve. I’ve never seen a group of people more focused on customer satisfaction and customer success. We build real and lasting relationships with our customers. Not stuffy, professional ones – these people HUG each other. They care.

And that attitude is consistent across our business, from Sales to Implementation, to Training and Support, and even into Development. In fact, our OU Campus™ content management platform is the result of 15 years of listening to our customers and developing the features they need most.
When you choose OmniUpdate, you join an active and vibrant community of people all working toward a common goal of advancing higher education. You become part of our family. And we couldn’t be happier to welcome you.
May 2016 bring health and happiness to you and your own family. I hope to see you this February in Los Angeles for OUTC16 and look forward to working with you throughout the year.
